Full Time
This position is responsible for implementing Todos Juntos early learning and literacy programs in Canby, including High Dosage Tutoring (HDT) and literacy programs at the BRIGHT Center four days per week, early childhood programming, and family literacy engagement events.
Responsibilities include coordinating and facilitating Me & My Playgroups, school readiness programs, Brain Box Club, parenting education, and other early learning activities for children ages 0–5 and their families. The facilitator works closely with Canby staff, schools, libraries, and community partners to support early literacy, family engagement, and access to community resources. Candidates should have relevant education or experience in early childhood education, child development, or a related field, along with strong communication, organizational, and program coordination skills. Responsibilities include working closely with site staff at the BRIGHT Center to assist with 2nd–3rd grade literacy tutoring and STEAM programs, supporting small-group instruction, preparing materials and activities, maintaining accurate attendance, and ensuring the safety and engagement of all children.
