  • The Early Learning Tutor provides High Dose Tutoring (HDT) in reading and literacy for students in grades K-3. This role focuses on delivering evidence-based, systematic instruction rooted in the Science of Reading, emphasizing phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension. The goal is to accelerate literacy development through small group sessions (1:4 staff-to-student ratio or less), delivered consistently and tailored to meet the diverse needs of learners.

  • Todos Juntos, in collaboration with the Canby School District,  is hiring a Community Liaison and After School and Summer Programs Coordinator. This position is funded through a grant aimed at supporting student attendance, reducing chronic absenteeism, and facilitating transitions from early childhood to elementary school, middle to high school, and high school to post-secondary education. Additionally, the role will enhance community engagement to help improve student outcomes in academic achievement.


    This bilingual position is responsible for coordinating resources, planning and executing family engagement events, developing culturally relevant programming, and fostering strong partnerships within the community. The work schedule varies based on program needs, and includes some evenings and weekends.


    This role serves as the primary staff member responsible for developing, recruiting for, and coordinating after school programs aligned with the grant's goals and focus areas. Responsibilities include reviewing best practices, ensuring compliance with program standards and applicable state and federal laws, forming community partnerships, coaching staff, managing program budgets, overseeing purchasing, handling family registration and enrollment, maintaining participant records, and acting as a liaison between the program and the district. The position must ensure all programs offer a welcoming, safe, and respectful environment for youth and families
