  • Now Hiring: High Dose Tutor & Youth Program Assistant – Canby

    Todos Juntos is seeking a part-time High Dose Tutor & Youth Program Assistant for our Canby BRIGHT Center.

    • Hours: ~12 hours/week (Mon–Thurs, 2:30–5:30 PM)

    • Pay: $25–$30/hour, DOE & Funding

    • Start Date: Immediately (Programs begin October 6, 2025)

    This position supports K–3rd grade students with literacy tutoring (Science of Reading), STEAM activities, and afterschool programs. We are looking for someone who can engage youth, support positive behavior, and work closely with staff, students, and families.

  • The Early Learning Tutor provides High Dose Tutoring (HDT) in reading and literacy for students in grades K-3. This role focuses on delivering evidence-based, systematic instruction rooted in the Science of Reading, emphasizing phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension. The goal is to accelerate literacy development through small group sessions (1:4 staff-to-student ratio or less), delivered consistently and tailored to meet the diverse needs of learners.
