Family Resource Advocates
Our Family Resource Advocates are knowledgeable and caring. They know the communities they serve and connect families to many services.
Todos Juntos not only provides programs for children and families, but we also provide family resource coordination. Our Family Resource Advocates (FRA) are bilingual in English and Spanish.
FRA help families navigate local, school, county, and state resources. Families in Sandy, Estacada, Eagle Creek, Canby, Molalla and surrounding rural areas, with children 0-18 years of age can receive services. The FRA will identify services that meet the immediate need of the referred family and find the supports that match those needs.
What Does a Family Resource Advocate Do?
Helps coordinate services and provide resources to families of youth, primarily ages 0-18, in rural areas of Clackamas County.
Helps families navigate health, education, and other human service systems.

Inform and teach families about existing systems such as 211, Babylink, Headstart, CCR&R, etc.
Connections to local schools

WIC assistance
Health, dental, mental health, etc. resources

How to Receive Services
You can refer families or self refer to one of the Family Resource Advocates. Please fill out the referral form or contact one of the FRA's. If you or your client doesn't live in an area we serve we can connect you to one of our partner agencies.
