Our Canby office houses our Youth & Family Program Manager for Canby and Molalla area, our Family Resource Advocate, and several support staff.

Current Programs

Brain Box Club

Registration will open in August 2023

Register your 0-4 year old for a Brain Box, that is full of age appropriate activities, books, toys, resources, and fun interactive activities for you and your child to enjoy. Each year you can sign up until your child ages out at 4, to receive a new age-appropriate box that supports brain development and preparing your child for school. We will be partnering with the Canby Rotary club this next year to bring Canby a Brain Box and Early Learning Day. Stay Tuned for more information.

Little Chippers

Starting in May

Interactive parent/child Pre-K workshops. Teaching parents and caregivers exciting ways to interact and teach school readiness skills through everyday interactions, building strong vocabulary and social skills. Every Little Chippers receives their own book to help build their home library and lots of great supplies for home learning. For 3/4 year old's and their parents. Contact Ravin Lopez for dates and times in Molalla and In Canby. 3 sessions starting in May.

KinderSkills

3:30pm - 4:30pm | Tuesdays and Thursdays

KinderSkills is an after school club being offered to Kindergarten & First grade students at Molalla Elementary. Our main focus for this program is to foster literacy skills using science, art, and critical thinking. This is a fun hands-on class for Kinder/1st grade students that need extra support and enrichment, as well as social emotional teaching. A light snack will be provided. Transportation is also available. Class size is limited to 20 students. Contact Jenny Avila for information on registering.
