Family Resource Navigation

Family Resource Navigator

Our Family Resource Navigators are knowledgeable and caring. They know the communities they serve and connect families to many services.

Todos Juntos not only provides programs for children and families, but we also provide family resource coordination. Our Family Resource Navigators (FRN) are bilingual in English and Spanish.

FRA help families navigate local, school, county, and state resources. Families in Sandy, Estacada, Eagle Creek, Canby, Molalla and surrounding rural areas, with children 0-18 years of age can receive services. The FRN will identify services that meet the immediate need of the referred family and find the supports that match those needs.

What Does a Family Resource Navigator Do?

Helps coordinate services and provide resources to families of youth, primarily ages 0-18, in rural areas of Clackamas County.

Helps families navigate health, education, and other human service systems.
